Wouldn’t it be nice if Loudoun County had one of these?
Here’s the book I’m reading right now and loving it:
It mentions the Maryland Soccerplex and how they had to overcome opposition from the baseball people to build it. They ended up having to pay a “peace tax” of building some baseball fields, basketball rims, walking trails, a water park, etc., just to get approval to build the soccerplex. Wow, manicured grass.
