By Paul Boyer | August 9, 2007
NEW: See the POLL at the right –>
From Denise: If we can get a consensus on a date, we could make this into a nice outing for the boys…
D.C. United would like to welcome your team to the 2007 Dulles National Soccer Tournament presented by D.C. United. All tournament participants and coaches receive a FREE ticket to attend one of three different D.C. United matches in August or September. Friends and family can purchase additional discounted tickets and all seats will be together if you place one order per team. (see attachment for ticket order form). DNST tournament night is Wednesday, August 22nd. It’s the perfect night to have a team social outing before the tournament weekend.
D.C. United Matches Include:
- Wednesday, August 22nd vs. New York Red Bulls - 7:30 PM Kickoff
- Sunday, September 9th vs. New England Revolution - 3:00 PM Kickoff
- Wednesday, September 12th vs. Real Salt Lake - 7:30 PM Kickoff
Send an email to Team at Loudoun98BBlack dot com with your date pick.
[Paul: Early game on Sunday seems best but do we have a game conflict with Sunday, Sept 9th? Otherwise Sunday would be great. Wednesday Sept 12th is a school night. If Sunday is a conflict, seems like the Wednesday, August 22nd is the best date, right?]
[Update 8/12: Please vote in the poll to the right. Other voices heard so far: Axell cannot do the 22nd but can do the other 2 dates. Ty prefers 9/9 then 8/22. Tim prefers 9/9 then 8/22 also.]

Gabriel could attend any of those dates in principle - it is us parents that have the restricitons. So if Gabriel could catch a ride with someone else, he could come along to any of the dates proposed and have no preference.

It looks like 9/9 will not happen because of their 4.30pm game. We would like to go still to the Wednesday 9/12 game. Anybody else interested?
